Well, it all started at a happy hour one night, and it sort of took on a life of it’s own after that, but to make a long story short…
At any given time there are 3.5 Million small businesses trying to hire in the US. Many of them are struggling to find qualified people. Not because they don’t exist, but because they don’t know how to get their opportunity in front of them.
I knew I could change that.
I wanted to change that.
According to the (NFIB) 55% of small businesses are hiring – or trying to hire. Of those 48% reported few or no qualified applicants for the openings, and 27% reported unfilled openings due to a lack of qualified candidates.
According the Wall Street Journal, overall, 43% of small-business owners said unfilled jobs were impeding their businesses from growth or expansion, and 33% had unfilled openings due to a lack of qualified people.
I have been an entrepreneur since 2003. I’ve hired amazing people and some disasters.
I love recruiting.
I love hiring.
I still found it challenging to do for my own business.
No wonder my friends were staying small and doing it all instead of trying to build the team they needed to achieve their business’s true potential.
So, I decided to share what I’ve learned about hiring with other entrepreneurs at a price they could afford – because I believe helping small businesses build amazing teams is an unbelievably powerful and amazing gift I can give to the world.
